1) Provider

Payments are processed by Paddle as our Merchant of Record (handles invoicing and tax).

2) Product & license

We provide invite-only access to a TradingView indicator, SightLine Reversal Pro (the “Product”). While your subscription is active, you receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product on your TradingView account.

3) Trials, billing & cancellation

• Trials (if offered) start immediately and convert to paid unless canceled before trial ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancel anytime before renewal to avoid future charges.
• Access is granted/revoked by TradingView invite-only permissions tied to your username.

5) Acceptable use

• No sharing, reselling, sublicensing, or public redistribution of signals/settings.
• No reverse-engineering, decompiling, or derivative works based on the Product.
• We may suspend or revoke access for abuse, non-payment, or policy violations.

The Product is provided “as is” for informational/educational purposes only and is not financial advice. Trading involves risk; you are solely responsible for your decisions.

7) Changes

We may update features, pricing, or these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date.
