Terms of Service.

1. Who we are

Sightline Labs, LLC is a Tennessee limited liability company based in Maryville, Tennessee ("Sightline Labs," "we," "us"). You can reach us at [email protected].

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Sightline Labs. By creating an account, subscribing, or using any Sightline tool, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the tools.

2. What we provide

Sightline Labs makes software. That's all we provide:

• Sightline Alert, a script you run in your own TradingView account.
• Sightline Calibrate, a tool on our website that runs on your own computer and suggests settings from a stock's past prices.
• Sightline Bridge, an optional Windows program that runs on your computer and sends your bots' alerts to your own TradeStation account.

3. Not financial advice

Nothing we provide is financial, investment, tax or trading advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. We are not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer. We don't give personal advice, and our support only answers questions about how the software works.

We never hold your money, never see your brokerage account, and never place trades for you. You choose the stock, the settings and when each bot is on. Every trade is your decision and your responsibility.

4. Trading risk

Trading involves risk, including the loss of the money you trade. You can lose some or all of it. Only trade money you can afford to lose.

Results shown in Sightline Calibrate are simulated from past prices. Simulated results have built-in limits: they don't reflect real trading, they may not account for things like fees, slippage or how fast an order fills, and they are prepared with the benefit of hindsight. Past or simulated results don't predict or guarantee future results.

5. Your accounts and your setup

To use Sightline you need your own accounts with other companies, such as TradingView, and for Bridge, TradeStation with API access and a tunnel such as ngrok or Cloudflare Tunnel. You are responsible for:

• Following those companies' terms and paying their fees.
• Setting up and maintaining your computer, tunnel and accounts.
• Watching your positions and orders. Software, internet connections and other services can fail, lag or send an order more than once.
• Restarting alerts that TradingView stops. TradingView stops an alert that fires too often in a short time.
• Every order placed by your bots or by Bridge using your settings and accounts.

6. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old. Give us accurate information, including your TradingView username, and keep your login private. You're responsible for anything done with your account.

7. Subscriptions and billing

• Plans are billed monthly through Stripe at the prices shown on our Plans page. Your plan renews each month until you cancel.
• You can cancel any time on your Account page with Manage billing. Your access stays on until the end of the month you've paid for, then ends.
• When you move up a plan, Stripe charges the difference for the days left in your month.
• When your plan ends, we remove your access to Sightline Alert in TradingView.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

8. Sightline Bridge license

Bridge is a one-time purchase for use on one computer. It works only while you have an active Sightline subscription. Your license is for you alone and can't be sold or transferred.

9. What you may not do

Your access is personal. You may not:

• Share, resell or give others access to Sightline Alert, Calibrate, Bridge or the manuals.
• Copy, decompile, reverse engineer or try to recreate our scripts, software or settings, or use them or their results to build a competing product.
• Publish or share our settings lists, manuals or screens beyond your own use.
• Use the tools for anything illegal or to break another company's terms.

10. Other companies

Sightline Labs is not affiliated with TradingView, TradeStation, ngrok, Cloudflare, Stripe or any other company named on our site, and is not paid to mention or use them. We aren't responsible for their services, changes, outages or rules.

11. Changes and availability

We may update, change or stop any part of the software. We try to keep things running, but we don't promise the tools will always be available, error-free or uninterrupted.

12. No warranties

The software is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, including that the software will be accurate, will meet your needs, or will produce any result.

13. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Sightline Labs is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, missed, delayed or duplicated orders, or any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

14. Your responsibility to us

If your use of the tools or your breaking of these terms leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs from it.

15. Ending your access

You can stop using Sightline at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as the limits of liability, continue after your access ends.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Blount County, Tennessee.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make a big change, we'll post it here and update the date at the top. Using the tools after a change means you accept the new terms.
