We offer a 3-day free trial so you can evaluate the product before the first charge.

• First payment: refunds may be requested within 7 days of the initial paid charge if the product doesn’t meet your needs.
• Renewals: renewal payments are non-refundable. Cancel before the next billing date to avoid further charges.
• Partial periods: we don’t prorate partial months after cancellation.
• Abuse: we may deny refunds for misuse (e.g., shared access, reselling signals, chargeback abuse).
