Refund Policy.

1. Monthly plans

• Your plan is billed monthly and renews until you cancel.
• You can cancel any time on your Account page with Manage billing. No email or phone call needed.
• After you cancel, your access stays on until the end of the month you've paid for, then ends.
• We don't give refunds for monthly payments, including partial months or unused time.

2. Sightline Bridge

Bridge is a one-time purchase of $249. Because it's a download with a license issued to you, all Bridge sales are final and not refundable. Bridge works only while your subscription is active.

3. Billing mistakes

If you were charged twice or charged by mistake, email [email protected] and we'll fix it and refund the mistaken charge.

4. Before you dispute a charge

Please email [email protected] first. Most billing questions can be sorted out quickly.

5. Where the law says otherwise

If the law where you live gives you a right to a refund, this policy doesn't take that right away.
